Osh Regional Medical College is a private educational institution offering basic-level secondary vocational medical and pharmaceutical education programmes. The College was established in 2013 through the reorganisation of the private medical college Healthy Asia and has since developed into a modern centre for training medical professionals in southern Kyrgyzstan.

In 2019 the College was re-registered under its current name — Osh Regional Medical College. In August 2025 it was re-registered again with the Osh Justice Department following a change of legal address.

Mission

The College’s mission is to train highly qualified mid-level medical professionals for the healthcare system, based on developing network partnerships with employers within a framework of continuing professional education — enabling every student to build an individual educational trajectory and advance their information and communication technology skills.

The College Today

As of 2025, the College enrols 344 full-time students. The permanent teaching staff numbers 15 (68%), with 7 additional part-time lecturers. The faculty includes a doctor of sciences, masters, and recipients of Excellence in Education and Healthcare awards. 87% of teaching staff are proficient in ICT at a professional level.

The College has 16 classrooms and facilities: 4 lecture halls, 12 specialist subject rooms, 3 training and laboratory rooms, a computer science room, a conference hall, a library with reading rooms, a canteen and a medical point. Total usable area — 1,156.47 sq. m.

Practical training is conducted at 14 clinical partner organisations in Osh city and Osh Region, including Osh Interregional United Clinical Hospital, Osh City Clinical Hospital, and leading pharmacies and medical centres of the region.
