The 2026–2027 admissions campaign is conducted in accordance with Order №217 of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic dated 20 April 2026.
Basis for Admission
Admission to grant-funded and contract places is based on the results of the National Testing (ORT) of the current year, regardless of the institution’s ownership form.
ORT results obtained before compulsory military service are valid for 3 years.
Exception: specialities in culture, arts, physical education and sports — admission is based on entrance examinations.
Medical and Pharmaceutical Specialities
Admission to medical and pharmaceutical specialities requires subject tests in chemistry and biology. Only applicants who score at or above the threshold on both the main and subject tests are admitted.
ORMC specialities requiring chemistry and biology:
- Pharmacy (060108) — 2 yr 10 mo, grade 11
- Nursing (060109) — 2 yr 10 mo, grade 11
- Orthopaedic Dentistry (060106) — 2 yr 10 mo, grade 11
- Physiotherapy (060113) — 2 yr 10 mo (grade 9) / 1 yr 10 mo (grade 11)
Application Rules
- In each admission round, an applicant may submit one application for contract-based study.
- Citizens of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan may compete for grants on equal terms under international agreements.
- They submit documents electronically via the Abiturient Online system — 2020.edu.gov.kg.
- Citizens of other states submit documents directly to the college admissions office.
Preferential Categories
Admitted on a competitive basis (with supporting documents):
- Persons with disability groups I and II
- Orphans and children without parental care
- Persons with childhood disability
- Rural youth
- Ethnic Kyrgyz who are not citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic
- Children of those who died in the April, June and Batken events
- Kayrylmans (repatriates)

- Copy of passport or birth certificate
- Military ID or registration certificate (for male applicants)
